Nowadays, a refrigerator can be found in every house. Indeed it is an essential home appliance. Many different companies in the market manufacture them such as LG, Whirlpool, Samsung, and Videocon. Among these, Samsung is one of the famous multinational electronic brands. Samsung assembles different products like liquid crystal display televisions, smartphones, refrigerators, and many other things. Let’s take a look at Samsung refrigerator parts.
Samsung assembles different refrigerators, which have a way of maintaining the freshness of food for long hours and days. They manufacture different models in refrigerators (FourDoor fridge, Side–by–Side fridge, and Bottom fridge). Before releasing the Samsung Refrigerator to the consumer market, all the necessary tests and procedures make Samsung products renowned for their external-internal excellence and elegance. Apart from refrigerators, Samsung refrigerator parts are also very popularly available in the market.
For the optimum benefits, you should know several things about the maintenance and usage of the Samsung Refrigerator and also about Samsung refrigerator parts. A Refrigerator has different parts and each part plays a different and specific role in its overall functionality. And if any part stops working then it will also stop performing well. Normally refrigerators were made to stop the liquid loss. Liquid (known as the refrigerant) helps absorb the heat and create cool temperatures. The refrigerator is used to protect foods, pack items, and other things because of producing shallow temperatures. Refrigerant is the most critical and important part of the refrigerator. Refrigerant converts from its gaseous state to a liquid state. In previous days, refrigerants were not used in the refrigerator. Fluorocarbons were used in the place of refrigerant. But in most refrigerators ammonia is used as a refrigerant because 100% pure ammonia evaporates 27-32 degrees Celsius. The basic and necessary Samsung refrigerator parts are the set of pipes placed outside the unit, the set of pipes placed inside the unit, the compressor, and the evaporator (which is used to evaporate the heat from the refrigerator).
Samsung refrigerator parts should be placed on level ground, to ensure the free flow of coolant. You must read the manual provided with the Refrigerator to get more information on the Samsung Refrigerator parts and functions. In the freezer section, the knob gives the advantage of instant frozen (this comes in use when making chocolates and ice creams) in a duration of very few minutes. Always defrost your freezer because frosted Samsung refrigerator parts make a noise due to the cooling liquid’s poor circulation. If your refrigerator contains a filter system then clean the filter again and again. Clean the coils because any time they can clog to ease the flow of coolant. You must clean Samsung Refrigerator parts as often as possible.

Samsung RFG298AABP Review
The Samsung RFG298AABP refrigerator is a French door model with a very roomy 29 cubic ft of space. The all-black exterior is very classy and could match just about any kitchen. In this review of the Samsung RFG298AABP fridge, I’ll go over this model’s strengths and weaknesses, then decide if it’s worth buying. Currently, this unit sells for around $2,400 – which is actually pretty reasonable for a model with this much space. Here’s a quick rundown of the features found on this model: external water and ice dispenser, twin cooling plus system, 2-minute door alarm, surround airflow, power freeze and cool options, Cool Select pantry, LED lighting, 5 tempered glass shelves, dairy and egg compartments, humidity-controlled crispers, wine rack, gallon door bins, EZ-open freezer door, additionally filtered ice maker in the freezer, and this refrigerator is also Energy Star qualified. As you can see, they added a number of high-end features to give this model a luxury feel.
Alright, onto the negative aspects of the Samsung RFG298AABP refrigerator. Probably the biggest complaint from users is about the ice maker. Some say it doesn’t produce enough ice, and others say it is deafening. A few users actually had the whole thing go out on them and had to get it replaced. I know that ice maker problems are probably the number one complaint with any brand you buy, but it’s just too bad that this model had to have these problems as well. Another thing that can get annoying is that the water dispenser tends to drip some after using it. If you hold your cup there for long enough afterward, it shouldn’t be an issue. Other than these two problems, there really isn’t a lot to complain about with the Samsung RFG298AABP – it’s a good refrigerator, overall. I’m still giving this unit a 4.3 / 5-star rating, even though you may have to deal with a couple of ice maker problems. If you’re like most people, the positive assets will definitely outweigh the negative with this model.
Samsung RFG298AAWP Review
The Samsung RFG298AAWP refrigerator is a very spacious French door model, with an eggshell white exterior and 29 cubic ft of space. In this review of the Samsung RFG298AAWP fridge, I’ll go over this model’s strengths and weaknesses, then decide if it’s worth the near $2,200 price tag. First off, you’re not going to find a lot of models with this amount of space selling for this cheap – so that’s a good start. Here’s a quick rundown of the features you’ll get with this unit: deluxe exterior water and ice dispenser, door alarm, twin plus cooling system, surround air flow, two separate ice makers, an EZ-open freezer drawer, gallon door bins, 5 spill-proof, and tempered glass shelves, water filter, large 2-divider freezer bins, Cool Select Pantry, humidity-controlled crispers, dairy compartment, luxury lighting, and it’s also Energy Star qualified. As you can tell, there are a number of extra features on this refrigerator. Another thing I like about this model is that it seems to be built very well.
OK, onto the negative aspects of the Samsung RFG298AAWP refrigerator. There are a couple of complaints I’ve seen about the ice maker leaking or spitting ice. I think this may be a small problem, but you can always remedy this problem by holding your cup closer up to the dispenser. Also, the ice maker tends to be a little noisy at times. Even though this model is pricey, I can’t complain too much about it, because most models of this size are even more expensive. Other than those few minor issues with the Samsung RFG298AAWP, I can’t see any reason not to recommend this refrigerator. If you can get it on sale, this model would be a spectacular deal. Overall, I’m giving it a 4.3 / 5-star rating.
Samsung RSG257AARS Review
The Samsung RSG257AARS refrigerator is a beautiful side-by-side model with 24.1 cubic ft of space. It has a brushed stainless steel design, which is very modern looking. In this review of the Samsung RSG257AARS fridge, I’ll go over this model’s best and worst assets. Although this model usually has a $2,100 price tag, you can find some pretty good deals and at times find it as low as $1,600 – which is the current price at Lowes. At that price, it’s a bargain. Now I’ll go over the best features found on this model: twin cooling plus, wine rack, Energy Star qualified, LED tower lighting with 20 lights, external water, and ice dispensers, power freeze, multi-airflow technology, tempered and spill-proof glass shelves, gallon door bins, and also six temperature sensors. This is a pretty decent feature set on this refrigerator, it definitely covers all the basics and then some. As I mentioned earlier, it also has a beautiful exterior which I would count as a big asset. The contoured door handles, stainless steel, and hidden hinges give it a very sleek modern look.
Now, onto the negative aspects of the Samsung RSG257AARS refrigerator. First off, the drawers only open about halfway. This can get pretty annoying if you’re trying to dig in the back. Also, the ice maker can be a little slow at dispensing ice at times, even with the quick-freeze feature. A couple of users have had problems with it not cooling properly, but I think it’s more of a fluke than anything. Another thing is that the door handles don’t seem very sturdy, they tend to come loose after using them a while. Overall, I really like the Samsung RSG257AARS. I’m giving this model a 4 / 5-star rating.
Samsung RF268ABRS Review
I wouldn’t say the Samsung RF268ABRS refrigerator is as bad as a lot of reviews make it out to be. But, in the same breath, I would agree that it’s not the best refrigerator either. As far as size goes, this model is great. You get a huge 26 cubic ft, with an exceptionally big refrigerated compartment. You can fit about any size pot or pan in there. The way the drawers and fixtures are designed also give this fridge an edge over the competition. I also really like the freezer being on the bottom – it’s very accessible for storing larger items. The external display is nice, and it’s also an Energy Star certified model.
Even though the Samsung RF268ABRS refrigerator has its positive features, it also has a few issues which may be a problem for some users. First of all, a lot of buyers found that the ice maker was too slow. This would really only be a problem for bigger families in my opinion. Also, the quality of the parts (especially the interior) is a little sub-par. The thing I really didn’t like about the Samsung RF268ABRS was the company’s customer service record. I have read a number of complaints about Samsung’s customer service not resolving problems quickly enough. This may not be a deal-breaker, but it’s still something to consider.
Samsung RF4287HARS Review
Our short Samsung RF4287HARS review: With 28 cubic ft of space, the Samsung RF4287HARS refrigerator is definitely one of the bigger french door models on the market. The stainless steel exterior really makes this fridge beautiful, and the FlexZone drawer is a very nice touch. A couple of other features I really like about this model are: a super bright LED lighting system, Surround Air Flow for even cooling, thru-the-door water and ice dispensers, spill-proof tempered glass shelves, a nice external digital display and controls, and the FlexZone drawer that I mentioned earlier. The drawer is neat because it has 4 temperature zones that can accommodate just about any special needs item.
So, what’s not to like about the Samsung RF4287HARS refrigerator? Well, there are a couple of issues buyers seem to have with this fridge. The first is the ice maker, which some users find a little loud and also that it doesn’t make ice fast enough. Also, the stainless steel attracts fingerprints quite easily – but that’s to be expected. A couple of reviews I read talked about the Samsung RF4287HARS making a humming sound.  I think the other big issue with this refrigerator is the price tag, which is currently around $2,800. Mostly, that will just keep some people from buying it.  I’m not saying, however, that this model isn’t worth the money. Even with these few issues, I’m giving it a 4.5/5 star rating. It’s a spectacular high-end model, with lots of useful features.
Samsung RFG297AARS Refrigerator Review
My short Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator review: If you’re looking for a big refrigerator – this is it. At 28.5 cubic ft, the Samsung RFG297AARS’s interior seems massive. This is actually a good thing, because there are so many adjustable shelves and drawers to design the fridge how you want. The door shelves on the other hand are a little awkward, and even a little smaller than I’d like. The finish on the exterior is beautiful. Actually, I’ve read a lot of reviews on this model, and almost everyone agrees on how pretty this thing looks. I especially like the interior lighting; it’s very bright. Another feature I really like about the Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator is the open door indicator – it actually lets you know when the door is accidentally left open. Lastly, it runs very quietly.
As I mentioned earlier, some of the door shelving is a bit smaller than I’d like. Also, the space underneath the ice maker is a bit awkward. A lot of users complain about the Samsung RFG297AARS refrigerator’s ice production. I haven’t really found this to be a huge problem, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens down the road. I don’t really have a lot more negative to say about the Samsung RFG297AARS. You can buy it now for around $2300. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator – I give it 4.5/5 stars.
Samsung RFG298AARS Review
Our Samsung RFG298AARS review: There really are not a lot of refrigerators out there that have the storage space, style and presence that the Samsung RFG298AARS model has. At 29 cubic ft, it’s definitely in the top bracket as far as space goes. The stainless steel exterior, contoured doors, and hidden hinges give it a sleek modern look. You’ll find a few more features on this model: twin cooling system, Energy Star qualified, external filtered water and ice dispensers, CoolSelect pantry door, external digial display and control, and power freeze and cool. It also has 5 door bins and 5 adjustable glass shelves.
Next, I’ll go over any potential downsides to the Samsung RFG298AARS refrigerator. Unfortunately, even with good looks and features, quite a number of buyers have had this model break down on them in under a year. A few even complained that Samsung didn’t respond to their problems very quickly. I’m not saying this will happen to you, but it’s just something to be aware of. The good news is that other than the fridge breaking down for a couple buyers, the Samsung RFG298AARS refrigerator only has a couple very minor problems. Overall, I’m only giving it a 3.8 / 5 star rating.
Samsung RFG293 Refrigerator Review
The Samsung RFG293 refrigerator is spacious and has a number of great features – but, is it worth $1,700? The Samsung RFG293 is a french door model with a huge 29 cubic ft of space. It’s available in black or stainless steel colors. The LED lighting is very bright, almost too bright if you’re coming out for a midnight snack. However, the LED lighting does emit less heat and conserve some energy – a good reason why this model is Energy Star rated. The twin cooling system is an innovative idea, which I really like. Basically, it keeps the freezer air separate from the refrigerator air (the freezer air can be kept dryer).
The Samsung RFG293 refrigerator is missing a pretty standard feature for all of its good qualities – a water dispenser. These days, you’ll almost always find a water dispenser on a “higher-end” french door model, but not this one. It does, however, have an ice maker in the freezer section. So, back to my original question – is this refrigerator worth the money? Well, I think it’s a pretty average model, with nothing too fancy on board. But because of the huge amount of space and twin cooling systems, I think it would work well for larger families. I’m giving this model a 4/5 star rating.
Samsung RS263TDPN Review
The Samsung RS263TDPN refrigerator is a 26 cubic ft side-by-side model. In this review of the Samsung RS263TDPN, I’ll go over some of this fridge’s positives and negatives. As far as looks go, this model is a beauty. Its platinum exterior is sleek and modern-looking. Its other prominent features include multi-air flow technology, twin cooling system, filtered water, and ice dispensers, spill-proof tempered glass shelves, door alarm, gallon door bins, Energy Star qualified, and bright LED lighting. Samsung is one manufacturer with some really great LED lighting – inside and on the exterior dispensers.
The Samsung RS263TDPN refrigerator is actually priced fairly reasonably (depending on where you buy, it’s currently priced around $1,500). Unfortunately, the side-by-side fridges are a little less dependable than some other styles – this particular model seems a little more stable though. The ice maker is a little loud, which is a pretty common problem. Quite honestly, there’s not a lot to complain about with the Samsung RS263TDPN. For the price, it’s a good-sized refrigerator with some nice features. Overall, I would give it a 4/5 star rating.
Though Samsung Refrigerators are very durable and can support your household needs for years they require a lot of maintenance and special care. The only “Nothing to Worry” is Samsungrefrigerator parts, which are easily available across the online & offline market with networked service centers.
